Client can send fund-withdrawal notification from trading account through the following channels.

Through Online Trading Platform

Client can submit fund-withdrawal notification through the online trading platform. After login, client can go to the “My Account” section from the top menu bar and then select the “Fund withdrawal notification” from the choices on the left hand side, and submit the withdrawal notification after filling the required information.

By Phone

Client may contact the related Account Manager or Customer Service hotline on (852) 2919 2919 to place a fund withdrawal instruction.

In general, withdrawal notification received by 11:00a.m. on trading day will be handled on the same day. Fund will be deposited by crossed cheque to client’s designated bank account when sufficient fund is maintained in the account. Please note that, except the following banks, the cheque may be deposited to client’s designated bank account on next business day.
