Collection of Financial Reporting Council Transaction Levy

According to the Government's announcement on the Gazettal of Financial Reporting Council (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (Commencement) Notice on 17 May 2019 and the Circular issued by HKEx on 21 October 2021. Please note that the payment of levies payable by sellers and purchasers of securities to the Financial Reporting Council ("FRC Transaction Levy") will commence on 1 January 2022. FRC Transaction Levy is calculated at 0.00015% per side of the consideration of a transaction (including applicable to initial public offer share ("IPO Shares") and preferential offer for IPO Shares
